Reiki, Yoga, Qi and Meditation 

Change is the only constant. Like the moon, we constantly experience shifts and cycles affecting our bodies and emotions. If we allow and embrace these transmutations with awareness, we can transform our lives.
Through meditation, qi gong, tai chi, yoga, and mindfulness practices, we can rewire our habitual modes of thinking and being, to regulate the nervous system and become healthier versions of ourselves.

My late mother was from Cyprus. In 2016, she was diagnosed with a rare and fatal degenerative brain condition. Having experienced profound healing through Reiki, mindfulness and meditation during low points in my life, I decided to undertake energy work in an attempt to alleviate her suffering. Although she couldn't speak at this stage, I sensed that the Reiki healing I gave her was, at the very least, a relaxing experience.

I was named after the mythical Greek goddess of the moon and the hunt- Artemis, Diana in English. 
I am an artist, and work with healing modalities and movement- Reiki, yoga, Qigong and meditation.
My main practise is in painting and textiles; I work full-time at my East London studio. My yoga and healing work is undertaken alongside my art practice.

I have been practising various styles of yoga for over 25 years.  I completed 200 hrs mixed-style yoga teacher training (Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, and Yin) in Rishikesh, India. I have also undertaken 100 hours of trauma-informed Yin Yoga teaching and am currently doing Qi Gong teacher training of the Shibashi set.

I undertook a sound-healing diploma at the Indian Music School, also in Rishikesh. Using traditional Himalayan Singing bowls, the course covered various techniques including aura cleansing and strengthening, stress reduction and deep relaxation. I incorporate sound healing and crystal energy within the Reiki sessions.

I have been studying Eastern philosophies and traditional Chinese modalities, including QiGong (also spelt Chi Kung), which I have practised since 2016, and Tai Chi, yang-style, since 2021. I incorporate these meditations and energy movements into my teaching.

I aim to provide a nurturing and transformative experience for clients, promoting holistic well-being and personal growth. With a focus on positivity and healing energies, I have created a space where you can rejuvenate, relax and find inner balance.

I offer Reiki, yoga nidra, meditation, and sound-healing sessions at my home in Victoria Park, Hackney.

I am a member of the Yoga Pros (formerly Yoga Alliance) and am fully insured.

Yin yoga and QiGong class on Mondays,

6-7pm, changing to 7-8pm from 8/6/26.

Reiki sessions are currently £40 for 45 minutes.  I also offer distance Reiki healing.
Group yoga/ Qi Gong sessions: £9 for 60-minute practice.

Rise and Flow Yoga
A welcoming and safe class, which helped me realign with my body after feeling out of balance. It was my first time participating in a class, which I was anxious about, but Diana gave me grace and encouragement, which helped me feel more confident about returning to a class like this.
